Vino y Vaca is held in the spring and it is an Argentine-inspired celebration of beef, wine, music, the outdoors, and our South American Roots. Chef Lou Lambert roasts an entire 1,200 lbs steer, Argentine-stye, sip fine Argentine wines and locally crafted beers, and enjoy live music in the pristine Texas Hill Country.
