Hi, I'm Mike Micallef, President of Reata Restaurant. Working at Reata gives me the opportunity to eat at many great restaurants and participate in as well as attend fantastic culinary events. 4 Carne focuses on some of the great beef, pork, lamb, chicken and seafood dishes I encounter in my travels.
